Cirilo at the entrance greeted us with genuine warmth. The Tacos de Arrachera I ordered were a highlight of my meal-it was delicious! The convenience of being located inside a mall made dining out easy. The breakfast area was spacious and offered several options. There were a few issues. Getting in touch with reception was challenging. I couldn't reach them for a late check-in and ended up having to call corporate. The pillows were disappointingly uncomfortable, feeling like cotton balls. Lastly, I noticed someone entered my room while I had the "Do not disturb" sign displayed. This invasion felt unsettling. Despite these drawbacks, my overall stay was pleasant, but improvements are necessary.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly food options.
